Read before opening, funding or connecting
You may lose some or all of the money allocated to trading. Do not participate unless you understand the selected product and can bear the possible loss. No strategy name, minimum deposit, historical statistic or risk-control description makes the arrangement risk-free. This disclosure must be read with the actual broker and PAMM documents, the completed product/fee schedule and the Terms and Conditions.
Market movements and leverage
Gold and other instruments in the published scope can move sharply. Leverage can amplify both gains and losses, and a small price move may cause a large loss relative to capital. Multiple correlated positions can concentrate exposure. Margin availability, leverage limits or collateral requirements can change. Depositing more money to meet margin does not guarantee recovery and can increase the amount at risk.
Gaps, slippage and stop orders
Prices may jump between available quotes, especially during news, session transitions or disrupted markets. Orders, stops, limits and copying instructions can be delayed, rejected, partially filled or executed at a different price. A stop loss is not a universal guarantee that a position closes at the stop level. Planned risk limits may not hold in a gap, outage or liquidity event.
Crashes, spreads and lack of liquidity
A market crash, sudden repricing, exceptional volatility, trading halt or shortage of counterparties can widen spreads and make a reasonable exit difficult or unavailable. Quotes may be stale, interrupted or corrected. Losses during such events may be unusually severe. A strategy that previously traded successfully may behave differently under conditions outside its historical record.
Margin calls and forced liquidation
Broker margin rules may cause positions to be reduced or closed without the timing or price you would choose. Liquidation can happen during adverse conditions and may not restore earlier losses. Whether an account can incur a negative balance, and whether any protection applies, depends on the specific broker entity, product and applicable law. No universal negative-balance protection is asserted here.
Counterparty, custody and broker failure
A broker, liquidity provider, custodian, payment provider or other counterparty can fail, become insolvent, freeze activity or restrict withdrawals. Recovery can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Any segregation, compensation scheme or protection must be checked for the actual contracting entity and account. A logo or a broad reference to regulation is not proof that your funds are protected in a particular failure.
Technology, security and human error
Internet, platform, server, pricing, allocation or order-processing failures can interrupt monitoring and execution. Cyber incidents, unauthorised account access, software errors, incorrect settings and human mistakes can cause losses or delays. The website cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to broker platforms or your email. Keep account credentials secure and follow the broker’s security instructions.
PAMM allocation and management
You may not decide individual orders, allocation timing or exit prices. The manager may take positions you would not have taken yourself. Small balances, minimum trade sizes, rounding, cash movements, valuation cutoffs and fees can produce a different return for each investor. Read who has trading authority, what that authority covers and how to withdraw or terminate it. A website acceptance does not itself create that authority.
Strategy and risk-profile limits
Conservative, Moderate and Aggressive refer to relative intended exposure within the offering. Conservative can still suffer substantial losses. Lower exposure does not ensure a smooth balance curve, avoid every losing month or protect the original capital. No strategy is guaranteed to continue working. Higher exposure can increase losses as well as gains; it does not guarantee higher returns.
Currency, fees and account denomination
Fees, spreads, financing, conversion charges and differences between account currencies can reduce a client’s net return. A cent account uses a different display unit, not a different economic value: 10,000 US cents equals 100 US dollars. Confirm the denomination of deposits, balances and fees. Do not compare numerical balances without checking their units.
What the published record does not show
Closed-trade results exclude floating profit and loss while positions are open. They do not measure the worst intratrade equity loss. A record may cover a selected date range or trade scope rather than the full account. Past results can differ from current market conditions and future experience. Results identified as modelled are hypothetical and not proof of what a separate live account would have earned.
Averages and loss recovery
Average Monthly Return is the arithmetic average of all valid reported monthly returns, including losing and zero months. It is not a promised monthly payout or a forecast. An average can be positive even when a client loses money over their particular holding period. Compounding, the sequence of gains and losses, withdrawals and fees affect outcomes. Recovery after a loss is uncertain and can require a larger percentage gain than the preceding percentage loss.
