Who handles the information
VIP Forex Club is the brand used for the website. The completed privacy/contact schedule must identify the actual responsible operator, contact address, role and applicable jurisdiction before live enrolment. No owner identity is taken automatically from WordPress profiles or trading statements.
Information collected
Website accounts use name, email and authentication information. PAMM setup records may contain the selected broker and strategy. Consent records preserve the registered account name and email, the exact accepted document versions and product details, acknowledgement selections, request and confirmation times, the server-observed IP address at final confirmation, integrity hashes and security/audit references. Support messages and complaints are also stored. Broker KYC, identity documents, broker passwords, deposits and withdrawals stay with the broker and should not be submitted here.
Purposes and legal basis
Information is used to run the requested website account, assess approved routes, record electronic acceptance, protect private connection access, answer support and complaints and keep justified evidence. Applicable processing grounds, rights, recipients and jurisdiction-specific notices must be reviewed and completed before production use. Marketing consent, if requested, must be separate and optional, not bundled into compulsory risk acceptance.
Email and third-party services
Confirmation and receipt emails use the configured business sender and the site’s email provider. Actual providers, hosting locations, transfers and safeguards must be identified in the completed privacy arrangements where required. KYC and funding are performed with the broker under its own notice. This website does not automatically transmit identity documents or broker credentials to a broker.
Access and security
Private consent records and receipts are accessible only to the owning website account and authorised staff for their roles. Connection permissions are checked on the server. Tokens are time-limited, single-use and protected in storage. No security system can promise absolute protection. Hosting logs, backups and mail-provider retention must also be configured appropriately; avoid unnecessary logging of confirmation credentials.
Retention and holds
Pending/unconfirmed requests and test records are scheduled for removal after 30 days unless a documented hold applies. Production accepted records retain the period stated in the accepted schedule; once due, an authorised review determines justified deletion or a documented legal/complaint hold. A changed setting does not silently rewrite an earlier record. Audit and backup retention must also be reviewed. Do not retain personal evidence indefinitely without a continuing documented purpose.
Requests, corrections and deletion
Use the configured support/privacy contact to request access, correction or deletion and to exercise applicable rights. Identity and ownership may need to be checked securely. A record of what was accepted should not be silently edited as if different words had been signed; corrections or superseding agreements can be linked. Some evidence may need to be retained for an actual legal or complaint reason, which must be assessed rather than presumed.
Cookies and account changes
Necessary WordPress account cookies and short-lived form/security cookies support authentication and protected actions. Do not introduce advertising tracking as part of consent. An account email change can invalidate current PAMM access until fresh confirmation. Closing website access does not terminate a broker allocation. The website Cookie Policy should identify any other actual cookies or third-party services in use.
