Read this document with the completed product schedule and the documents for your selected broker. No guaranteed result or capital protection is offered.
Product-specific agreement
These conditions apply only to the exact broker entity, PAMM identifier, strategy, denomination and fee schedule displayed in the completed acceptance record. Unsupported connections are unavailable. Do not treat a link to another broker, another strategy or another PAMM as covered by an earlier acceptance. Website enrolment is separate from the broker’s investment or allocation agreement.
Account opening and KYC
Open an account using the applicable broker link. Complete identity, residency, source-of-funds and other checks directly with the selected broker. A website account is not a broker account. Broker approval and broker-side PAMM activation are independent of website consent.
Risk review before funding
Read and accept the actual documents and costs before directing capital to the arrangement. You may lose some or all allocated money. Funds must go through the broker’s official funding process, not to a website operator through an informal payment request. Verify payee and account details directly with the broker.
Minimum capital and units
The published product schedule must specify a minimum in actual US dollars and identify the broker display unit. Current strategy defaults may distinguish a standard USD Conservative PAMM from cent-account Moderate and Aggressive routes. A route must be checked with the broker before it is enabled. Minimum amounts do not imply suitability, safety or sufficient margin for every market condition.
Trading authority and allocation
The actual manager’s authority, allocation method, valuation process and restrictions must be set out in the broker/PAMM agreement. Do not infer authority from website labels. Connecting may expose the allocation to existing or new positions under those terms. The client may not be able to approve every trade or specify exact exits.
Client-specific outcomes
Funding time, allocation timing, cash withdrawals, dealing cutoffs, rounding, fees and execution differences can cause results to differ between participants. Neither a source record nor a monthly-scaled model is a client-account statement. Do not assume that choosing a smaller-risk profile mechanically reproduces the website model in a live account.
Fees and information hierarchy
Review the actual schedule for performance fees, loss carryforward/high-water mark where applicable, other charges and exit costs. The selected broker’s terms and your completed agreement govern the particular product; a website summary must not be used to conceal a material fee or conflict. Ask for clarification before funding if documents disagree.
Connection and continuing exposure
A current consent confirmation unlocks the website’s controlled connection action while the selected route remains enabled. A redirect opens the broker service; it does not establish an active allocation. Verify the actual status in the broker account. Website outages or removal of a link do not close existing positions.
Withdrawals and stopping participation
Use the broker’s official withdrawal, deallocation and disconnection process. Relevant cutoffs, valuations, margin and open positions can affect timing and proceeds. Ask the broker which exposures remain until the process is complete. There is no blanket immediate-withdrawal guarantee. Contact support for the published instructions, but do not assume a support message is an executed broker instruction.
Changed products and documents
Material changes require review and appropriate renewed acceptance. A corrected link for the same identified PAMM does not rewrite the signed record. A new PAMM identifier, broker entity or strategy is a new selection requiring its own checks. Pausing website access is not a transfer of your investment.
Consent and link-sharing limits
The confirmation process records explicit website acceptance through the registered mailbox. It is not certified signing or broker KYC. Do not share confirmation credentials. External broker URLs may exist independently of the website; the website gate does not enforce enrolment inside a broker unless the broker separately applies its own controls.
Test and production separation
A test agreement or test gate action grants no production access and creates no live broker allocation. A live website route requires the broker to be shown, the strategy route to be enabled, valid account/PAMM links and working email confirmation. The broker can still apply its own account-opening, KYC and participation restrictions. A checked box does not override broker-side requirements.
