Read this document with the completed product schedule and the documents for your selected broker. No guaranteed result or capital protection is offered.
1. The agreement and the parties
These Terms and Conditions govern the website services and the identified VIP Forex Club participation arrangement only when the required contracting-party information, product schedule and applicable documents have been completed and accepted. VIP Forex Club is the public brand used here; it is not a representation that an incorporated entity, authorisation or licence exists. The completed product schedule must identify the actual operator, its role, address, support contact, the contracting broker entity and the PAMM or strategy manager. Do not fund or connect on the assumption that a brand name identifies a licensed counterparty.
2. Scope of the service
The website provides strategy information, published performance and an account-setup workflow. The actual responsibilities for providing a strategy, managing a PAMM, allocating trades, executing transactions and holding money must be identified in the completed product schedule and broker documents. No disclaimer changes the legal nature of an activity. These terms do not appoint an unidentified manager or confer trading authority merely because a website account has been created.
3. Eligibility and participation
You must have the legal capacity and applicable minimum age to enter the arrangement and satisfy the selected broker’s own eligibility, account-opening and KYC requirements. The website does not independently certify your jurisdiction, client category or suitability. Availability of a broker link does not establish that marketing, funding or participation is lawful for every person or location. Broker approval can be refused or paused under its own rules. Website consent does not override legal restrictions.
4. Information you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of the website account and contact information you provide, for protecting your login and email credentials, and for complying with the selected broker’s requirements. Do not submit broker passwords, investor passwords or identity-document copies through this website. Complete broker KYC, source-of-funds checks and account changes directly through the broker’s official process.
5. Selecting a broker and PAMM
Use the account-opening link shown for the selected broker and strategy and verify the broker-side account details before funding. A website referral or account-opening click does not prove broker approval or activate PAMM trading. The private PAMM link is released only after the current website terms are accepted through the registered email flow. Actual allocation or connection is completed under the broker’s supported process. Do not send trading capital to VIP Forex Club through this website.
6. Risks and absence of promises
You may lose some or all allocated capital. No income, positive month, minimum return, recovery of previous losses, favourable execution, capital protection or continuation of a historical result is promised. Conservative, Moderate and Aggressive are relative descriptions, not guarantees or certified measures of risk. A high win rate or positive average can coexist with material losses. Read the separate Risk Disclosure and PAMM Participation Conditions in full before deciding to participate.
7. Fees and the completed fee schedule
The percentage shown on the website is not a complete fee agreement. Before participation the product schedule must identify the actual performance-fee rate, definition of fee-bearing profit, calculation and charging frequency, whether a high-water mark applies, treatment of losses and recoveries, cash movements, currency conversion, other broker charges and fees on exit. Do not assume losses will be recovered before a fee is charged unless the applicable schedule says so. These terms do not authorise a fee that has not been properly disclosed and agreed. A future registration fee does not apply retroactively to an earlier arrangement.
8. Broker terms, custody and third parties
Broker account terms, PAMM rules and relevant third-party agreements apply in addition to these website terms. Before funding, establish who holds the money, how it is recorded, the applicable custody protections and any enforceable compensation rights. The website does not promise segregation, compensation, negative-balance protection or recovery from a third-party failure. The responsibilities identified in the product schedule cannot be transferred away merely by mentioning a third party. Third-party charges, controls and eligibility may change under their own terms.
9. Allocation, valuation and client results
PAMM allocations, valuation times, dealing cutoffs, rounding, spreads, financing, slippage, fees, deposits and withdrawals can make a client’s results differ from a manager, another participant or a published record. The client may not control individual orders or the precise timing of liquidation. Historical positions and website charts do not necessarily reproduce a newly connected account. The VIP Forex Club website does not display a broker-confirmed live balance or allocation status.
10. Withdrawals and disconnection
Follow the selected broker’s official withdrawal, deallocation and disconnection procedures. Cutoffs, valuation, pending orders, open positions, available margin, settlement and identity checks may affect timing. Clicking a website link, closing a website account, revoking website permission or contacting support does not itself close market positions or terminate broker-side exposure. There is no blanket promise of immediate withdrawal or execution. The relevant exit rules must be provided before participation, and non-waivable client rights remain intact.
11. Market disruption and service interruption
Crashes, price gaps, unavailable liquidity, exceptional spreads, market closures, pricing errors, cyber incidents, connectivity failures, platform outages, counterparty failures and other events can interrupt access or materially affect execution and valuation. The applicable broker or manager may take actions allowed by the product terms and law, including rejecting orders or liquidating positions. VIP Forex Club must act within its actual responsibilities; this clause is not a release from every duty during an exceptional event. Where reasonably possible and appropriate, relevant service notices will be provided through the configured channels.
12. Website materials and performance information
Performance is historical or, where labelled, modelled. The stated scope, fee basis, date range and calculation notes form part of the presentation. No website chart is a promise of future income. Market commentary and Telegram trade reports are informational and do not override a client’s agreement or broker instructions. Review corrections and updates. Do not misrepresent a filtered record as whole-account performance or hypothetical results as an independently traded account.
13. Liability and remedies
Responsibility must be assessed according to the actual service, the facts, the accepted documents and the applicable law. To the extent lawfully permitted, VIP Forex Club does not promise compensation merely because trading loses money, a historical pattern changes or an external service is unavailable. No provision excludes liability, remedies or duties that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable responsibilities concerning fraud, misleading statements, misconduct or other non-waivable obligations. There is no blanket waiver of all negligence or all claims. No arbitrary monetary liability cap or indemnity is imposed in this template; any such provision requires specific legal review and express agreement.
14. Changes, notices and suspension
Material changes to the broker entity, product, risks, fees or accepted conditions must be reviewed and, where required, notified and accepted again before new website connection access is allowed. Editing a current page does not rewrite a previously accepted document. Website access may be suspended for a genuine security, eligibility, operational or compliance reason; support, complaints and access to accepted evidence remain available subject to lawful security controls. Suspension of website access must not be represented as broker-side disconnection.
15. Complaints, governing rules and disputes
Use the published Complaints Policy and the configured support channel to raise a concern. Preserve the agreement reference and relevant records. The completed product schedule must identify the applicable governing basis and available dispute routes following legal review; this template assumes no country, exclusive court or arbitration forum. Nothing removes a mandatory regulatory complaint route, statutory remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be waived. Clients may obtain independent advice.
16. Electronic acceptance and records
The website uses a logged-in review, individual acknowledgements and an expiring email-confirmation link followed by an explicit confirmation action. Merely opening the email or link does not accept the agreement. The resulting record preserves the document versions and selected product. This is email-confirmed electronic acceptance, not a certified digital signature, broker KYC or independent proof of identity. Legal effect depends on the relevant law and completed agreement. Keep your receipt and contact support promptly if a confirmation was not authorised.
